1. What We Collect
When you use Autoloot Scout, you submit car listing details (make, model, mileage, price, etc.) and optionally upload listing photos. This data is used solely to generate your pre-visit briefing.
2. How We Process Your Data
Car details and photos you submit are sent to Anthropic's Claude API for analysis. Anthropic processes this data in accordance with their own privacy policy and data handling practices. Autoloot Scout does not store your submitted car details or photos after processing.
3. No User Accounts
Autoloot Scout does not require user accounts. No personal identifying information (name, email, phone number) is collected through the tool. Each briefing is a standalone, stateless request.
4. Analytics
We use Vercel Analytics to collect anonymous usage data such as page views, feature usage patterns, and general traffic metrics. This data is aggregated and cannot be used to identify individual users. It is used solely to improve the service.
5. Cookies
Autoloot Scout uses only essential cookies required for the service to function. We do not use tracking cookies or third-party advertising cookies.
6. Data Sharing
We do not sell, rent, or share your data with third parties, except as required to provide the service (i.e., sending listing data to Anthropic's API for analysis).
7. Data Retention
Autoloot Scout does not retain submitted car details or photos. Data exists only for the duration of the API request. Anonymous analytics data is retained in accordance with Vercel's data retention policies.
8. Changes to This Policy
We may update this privacy policy from time to time. Changes will be reflected on this page with an updated date.
